Hmmm, totally understand where you are coming from. I just don't think we should be expecting this to go back to its recent highs until after/very near the interim analysis in July. Recruitment for this community based cohort will take a while too. As I have mentioned before, I have been watching this share for a while and for me its all about my entry point. Don't intend to de-ramp this share as I totally believe in the drug in question so apologies if it has come across that way, I will be investing, for me the question is timing for when I should pull the trigger and buy.

Hmmmm disagree. This isn’t new news. They’re happy with progress Yes, but the expansion is not new. The only new thing from that is that the trial read out is now in July rather than June which makes sense as covid patient admitted to hospital are now few and far between.
Solid company, but don’t ramp this over an RNS that doesn’t say much.

We already knew about the expansion, and this also states that trial results are due in JULY not JUNE now.

I am definitely considering investing here soon. I have been watching this share for a couple of months now and have seen the spikes to 70p and how well it consolidates around 52p.

One thing is a FACT- NO company would extend their trial to "less sick" patients UNLESS it is showing great promise in "sicker" patients. Based on that alone, I have enough confidence to invest (ofc I understand the science behind it etc).

I don't fear lack of efficacy as there are plenty of pre-clinical and early phase clinical studies which look at this therapy and efficacy doesn't seem to be an issue. If safety was an issue, this would've already been stopped (depending on severity) and certainly wouldn't have been extended.

Interesting month ahead. With positive news, I see this moving towards £1.

keep the posts coming, however if we don't get an RNS next week, then I will question whether you ever spoke to Dan. There have been several posters here over the years predicting an RNS or saying they spoke to Dan about it and its coming on x day and never lands, lets hope you're right though.

Not going to lie, I read the top line info from an article or two over the past few weeks, evidently totally missed the timescale. The up scaling of manufacturing by Abingdon in particular as well as the recruitment was also an indicator that things are progressing well and expected well before the 6 months period initially targeted by the consortium.

Fair play, thanks for pointing this out. Still think we have another 2-3 weeks before design freeze (at the latest it seems). Still no reason to panic sell. Sell too early and this goes to £1.20 and tears will be shed.

also, no idea where the idea of things happening before June is even coming from. This was a 6 month project....albeit they're ahead of schedule but don't start putting random dates on it.
