apid Saliva Protein Test (RSPT)

The RSPT is a non-invasive test indicating infection from SARS-CoV-2, the virus underlying COVID-19:

The RSPT is a colloidal gold immunochromatography test kit and detects the patients immune response to the virus using a patented buffer
solution. This unique buffer can conserve proteins present in saliva which are produced by the body to the presence of the COVID-19 virus.

The lateral flow strip has lines to show whether you have the IgG and IgM antibodies to Covid-19 viral infection in your saliva. The reagents form lines, much in the same way as a pregnancy test, to reveal whether you are positive or negative for the Covid-19 antibodies.

The RSPT is a best in class saliva lateral flow test for early detection of SARS-CoV-2 proteins and highly accurate in identifying the virus in asymptomatic patients. Studies suggest 40% of all COVID-19 infections are asymptomatic.

It is currently thought that COVID 19 symptoms typical exists for a period of 14 days but can be longer and you are contagious for a period of 7 – 10 days from infection but again can be longer. The RSPT is highly accurate during this early period of the virus; this early detection and isolation of infected individuals will play a vital role in stopping the further escalation of the pandemic.



The saliva test should not be confused with a blood antibody test using lateral flow devices.

The saliva test detects SARS-CoV-2 at this early stage whilst blood antibody tests detect a lot later in the process.

On comparison of the RSPT against blood antibody tests within our clinical study it was found that saliva detected IgM antibodies much earlier than blood and the accuracy of Rapid Saliva Protein Test is far greater in saliva than in blood in the early phase of the infection (<6 days).

With the RSPT 94% sensitivity was achieved on asymptomatic patients, where as in the same study a blood antibody test only achieved 52% sensitivity.

Having looked at the pictures, it does look very odd, like two different tests. But IT HAS to be our test.

Hmmm it’s very strange. I think it’s fair to say we are the ONLY partner. The %s are very odd, I can’t imagine it being a placeholder as they wouldn’t use random numbers like 94 and 95, they would say 0% or something similar. Would be such a basic error if this was a leak and it would definitely mean an RNS before 6 today or first thing 7am on Monday. Let’s see...either way, it’s not bad news is it

Being a novice PI doesn’t stop me from using common sense. Oh well

on the contrary, I am trying to help novice PI's (like myself) not to listen to the constant ramping that these boards contain post RNS. In 3-4 weeks, you will all be gone again only to return when the in-vivo results arrive. Anyway, all I am saying is, imo, there will be a slow decline into the high single digits which will give you all ample time and a good average to benefit from the in vivo results in a couple of months time.

No one should need to tell you anything. Do your own due diligence, understand the technology properly, read every RNS for the past year, then you wouldn’t have bought in on a spike.

Lol. Each to their own. Upon invivo results I expect a similar rise, but to be deluded enough to think this was going to re rate to 30p is straight up hilarious. But the worst bit is, there are many PIs with no experience who fall for your ramping.

Wait a few weeks then buy in.

I genuinely find RNS days and the follow few hilarious. Board is filled with new names and rampers who are talking about the next gap up being 22p. This was always going to go up 100% and then dip into single figures. In Vivo is the next big step up but with that being a minimum of 8-10 weeks away, there is going to be ample time to get back in at circa 8p.

Lord! Some of the numbers you guys have in this are crazy. This was the first share I did my DD on properly and bought into, but I only have 50k odd shares and stressing about breaking even again lol! Good luck to everyone, hopefully everything comes to fruition soon....

TBH, I think the market as a whole is suffering. In hindsight, I should've waited to today to top up, but you would rather be in fully then miss the boat! I think next week may be the week personally...seem to be on a roll with calling RNS's recently too (SNG and N4P). Goodluck to eveyone

Given we haven't received an RNS today, and this week marks the 10th week regarding in vitro results, I expect and hope the big RNS to now land on Monday. Lets just hope the SP continues to stay around this price or move north between now and then. I truly am expecting a minimum 100% rise on positive in vitro results. I don't think the layman investor understands the significance of this yet....
