Because if you can read between the lines, which you obviously struggle with, you can clearly see there is likely to be a link. And when announced, will result in a huge uplift to both SP's. Instead of finding reasons why it isn't going to happen, why not be optimistic (or for me, realistic) and be excited about the opportunity that arises from it instead of being childish.

As I have mentioned before, I hold both avct and odx. But I CANNOT wait for the RNS for two reasons, one, we all make money and two, to see what merchantbanker has to say when he realises that avacta's test will be produced by omega.

Merchant, for gods sake, can you just please stop the avacta bashing. The likelihood is that omega will manufacture the avacta test. This is GOOD news for all odx holders. Stop your pathetic and constant deramps.

Can we just have a truce with avacta. I think it’s fairly obvious that if you put your loyalties aside, omega will be manufacturing avactas test that they have in partnership with mologic. There is NO other company the third party could be. It explains the dates from both companies, the fact avct are working with the government and also that LinkedIn mess earlier.

Both companies will prosper, let’s all just be happy for each other, and for the lucky ones that are in both ;)

please pardon my ignorance, he mentions CE mark for professional use, what has happened to the "at home" aspect of the test that the public could do themself?

Agreed. Also, in regards to that other dude that ramped this up over the months and is no deramping, why on earth would avct release the trademarked name for the test in the last RNS if it’s failed at Porton Down?

Absolute and utter rubbish. People stop using these boards to make your decisions. Research and connect the dots, look at what’s MISSING as well as what is in front of you and then make your own informed decision.

I also find it bizarre how most people compare AVCT the biotech company with ODX the diagnostic manufacturing company as like for like. Why would the FT article say avct are manufacturing tests when they aren’t and never will. That will be outsourced. And you’re honestly absolutely deluded if you think ABDX and BBI won’t be involved in the manufacturing.

I’ll be transparent, I own both odx and avct shares so I am happy with the article for two reasons. One, odx will prosper. 2 , it means that ABDX and BBI are obviously working with ANOTHER company that ISNT mologic. I wonder who that could be....;)
