This is overdone, I would remind them of the analyst quote from this mornings mail. John Cronin of Goodbody “ Not being able to get a senior unsecured issue away at 7.5pc when rates are so low is pretty staggering - it reflects the lack of confidence in the ability of the business to turn a profit and maintain a sufficient capital base into the long term.” That is a pretty damning assessment, all while being investigated bY the FCA over its accounting.

While not meaning to embarrass you, out of all the posters on this bb, you are the most reassuring, not in just a fiscal way, but in an ability you have to demonstrate an honest empathy with fellow investors that does elicit belief in their investment. Sorry for what has happened here to all. I believe it is a fantastic project and will be recognised as such in the not too distant future. I hope that it will be a uk company or the uk government that will eventually see the positive of investing in this and helping to drive it forward to completion. GLA

Sorry for the pi’s over at sxx today whilst forgetting that there are some here who are in the same position over 50% down on their investment. lots of positive news but seems to make no difference to the sp, initial rise followed by the drag back. While acknowledging and appreciating the positive input of certain lth’s, there seems to be a far more sophisticated agency at work here that appears immune to any news or buying pressure.Despite expectation, it would appear that a positive RNS is no guarantee that the sp will reflect that in a lasting upward trajectory. It is very disconcerting to say the least. Apologies to all for venting my spleen.

Appreciate the response Pdub,and agree dagnamit the timing of such comment was strange with the sp down in the dumps and sentiment on the up.

Did BMN react to a negative fact when releasing an RNS noting the sp decline? Did they not suggest it was due to the vanadium price decline rather than the political situation in SA? Has not the political situation always been hard to determine, so what has changed? Why has politics entered the equation apparently so forcibly now? This despite the fact the last RNS was so positive. Just thinking out loud, would appreciate your thoughts. GLA

Could I suggest that maybe the self advertising of those who have made 00’s % profit already and obviously those with deeper pockets who are able to continue buying in the sp dips might be rubbing the noses of those pi’s who bought in the 40’s in the proverbial! If we need to know that shares are being purchased, cannot that be ascertained from the trades. I await the bollaxing. :l
