This appears to be an obvious case of minority shareholders massively let down by the BOD. Clearly, there is an expectation that minority shareholders, however loyal they have been in supporting SDRY in ups and downs, don't have the resources to fight their corner. This is a case where collective action could help move the dial? Wondering if there is an appetite. For transparency, my investment here was significant (a 6-figure sum) and I stand to lose all of it. I could not take part in the recent placing as it was rushed through and there were no communication from my platform.
