Nice try aimington chase. But many have spoken to the board directly and they are not looking to raise and refusing to take capital here. If they need money they have access to institutions and their new network partner. GBP is a 1mil market cap company which has just connected with a company who has a network and access to billions of dollars. Connections include the Gulf Soverign fund. This is huge!

A little-known investor group is planning a major shakeup of the Eastern Mediterranean natural gas industry in a bid to unlock hundreds of billions of dollars of sales stymied by the political and industrial complexities of the region.

Cynergy Group, an investment firm based in Cyprus, is looking to spend between $5 billion and $10 billion in the coming years buying under-utilized natural gas assets in the region, according to Chief Executive Officer Mike Germanos. The company is in talks with “some of the most respected global family offices, private equity firms and sovereign funds” about raising the cash, he said.

With Roland in India signing off the JV anyday now.. they plan to drill in first half of 2024. Once the JV has been signed and upto the drill, we have a potential upside of 500% to 1000%. This is my opinion and not financial advice. Do your own research.

Cambay field development details

Synergia Energy is currently preparing for the full field development. The results from the fracking operation on the C-77H well established that future wells within 15-20 zones of the Eocene reservoir can help achieve an initial plateau production of four million metric standard cubic feet a day.

The field development plan approved in 2018 includes a staged plan comprising an initial ten wells drilled from the C-77H well pad, which will support drilling rig logistics, production tie-in, and ease of workover.

The ten wells will recover 34bcf of the larger resources by 2032 at a peak production rate of 25 million metric standard cubic feet a day of gas and 995 barrels of oil per day of condensate.

Two new horizontal wells are planned to be drilled in the first half of 2024 using the new fracking methodology proven on the C-77H well. The wells will be drilled from the same drilling pad and connected to the same processing and grid connection pipeline. Future wells will be drilled based on the results from the two wells.

The existing gas processing facilities and compression capacity will be expanded to 35 million metric standard cubic feet a day. A new export pipeline to connect to the high-pressure gas grid will also be developed.

a little pull back and people panick and sell. rainbow chasers. i took the opportunity to buy in today. i have been watching this unfold and speaking with a few that are involved already. old bod was lifestyle. they have been booted by the tr1 holder. new bod put in by tr1 holder and he took most of the raise. new bod are very good and not taking a salary so minimum cost involved. they will fix any issues left by legacy bod. they will then bring in more licenses and bigger investors. they will not raise any lower than they have already as the tr1 doesn't want anything lower than what he has taken. any raises will be done much much higher up and only to unlock any value, so i would ignore any of the ****roaches that have popped up today. the new bod are a very top bod they are eager to get this to a 250mil market cap with producing assets and institutions involves. this could in the next few weeks do a few hundred percent rise. alot of interest in this at present. once overhang clears it will move very fast. dyor. good luck.
