PEL94, Namibia

Global in recent months has been actively working with a commercial farm-out partner to secure a farm-out agreement for the PEL94 oil and gas exploration licence. As part of the process, Global has also been engaging with our current JV partners in the licence, Namcor and Aloe, to get their final approval over the farm-out agreement.

Discussions have been positive and progressing well on all fronts with a series of meetings to be held in London over the next two weeks with the commercial farm-out partner. The aim by Global and the commercial farm-out partner is to have the farm-out agreement finalised by the end of the calendar year and then moving onto the final formal approvals required to complete the process.

Noticed that we have block KON 11, 12 and 16 which are neighbouring blocks to AET at block 19. I have done alot of research on AET in the past and well aware of it all, i have taken a position here. I wonder if the strategic investor has something to do with it all. Looking forward to seeing who that investor is and waiting for this to unfold. But the market cap is very cheap and we are next to some big boys.. potential upside is incredible. This is why we love small caps. Could be a life changing return from here. Good luck all.

I'm building a big position and looking forward to the farm in announcement. Our market cap is very low here at £3m that any deal now could 10 bag it and that would still only take us to £30m. ++2.5bn barrels of oil is worth hundreds of millions if not billions

We should hear from Callum Baxter on the very exciting gold JV to, I like the fact that majors Newcrest and Pasminco have worked on this in the 90s and missed target depth which was the case at Havieron, Callum would have been acutely aware of this.

This is one of those very early stage life changing opportunities. The 2 JV deals that are being worked on with Callum Baxter on the mineral asset and the JV for Namibia will be transformational for this company. The market cap is under 2mil. Nothing is currently priced in. Once the PR train starts this will move very quickly. Once the right news drops we will be moving even quicker. One to accumulate as much as you can at this stage and watch it grow. I personally think we have a 10 bagger in the making if they pull everything through.

I remember when they closed down the CLN at SAR recently and that went on to do many hundreds of percent. Hopefully now that we have no more CLN this goes on a great run.
