CURRENTLY TODAY 158 ENTRIES - TOTALLY BORING TO READ
WHEN THEY HAVE SOMETHING TO TELL US THE BOD WILL UPDATE
Your comments at 12.19pm If you check your information properly you will find that you are on the wrong board
My post that you refer to was in reply to my good friend Sasa43 concerning my holding in AMC
Please get your facts straight before you post and check which board you are supposed to be on
I sold 400k before the suspension and have ordered a new car for delivery in April That leaves me with 2.6 million and I have no doubt that I will see multiples of the 7.2p suspension price in the future - The timescale worries me not a jot.
We are all waiting for a huge deal - it takes time This could be the largest transaction AIM has ever seen Just CHILL !!!
As I have posted before I think it quite possible that Citic a chinese bank will bankroll a bid by Sinosteel a chinese company to bid for Eurasia as buying us outright will be a much better deal for them than the original deal to finance the developement on our behalf - so much has changed in value terms since the original plan. If they are the first bid on the table it will have the effect I believe of drawing out Norilisk's interest. All we have to do is wait I am perfectly cool about the suspension however long it takes . It is quite possible that even now our BOD are mulling over different scenarios
Chill out girls & Boys - -Nothing has changed Either a deal will be struck or we will go with the Sinosteel crowd
Who knows they may be one of the interested parties with CITIC stumping up the money
As someone has already pointed out we are not buying a bungalow here this is a very BIG deal and negotiations will take as long as it takes to finalise a satisfactory deal for all parties. One thing to me is certain a deal with Sinosteel or a buyout by somebody will not be for the suspended share price
I sold 400000 yesterday and it showed up as abuy - Am I mad - no sir I went out today and ordered my new Peugeot 3008SUV
with all the extras. I still hold 2600000 at 0.89p and will hold on till hell freezes over or a cracking offer emerges with these profits you have to have a little enjoyment on the way to a mega payday!!!
Well We have had worst day's Rodney !!!!!!!
Seeing how long ago the Sinosteel deal was done and how the asset value has changed is it not likely that Sinosteel perhaps with CITIC financial backing may have the first offer on the table to buy us. If you look at their original backing offer if they put a low ball offer on the table of say 10p per share it would lay down a marker and would probably have the effect of drawing out Norilisk into the bidding war
Have been with you for 10 years now with 1.5 mill at an average of 5.9p. However a brilliant miner though you are in finding Kun Manie I believe we now require a different type of expertise to take us into 2020 with a lot of work still to do and very little cash in the Kitty . I think it is time to hand the reins over to Tom Bowens who has experience of the next stage in finding a buyer or JV partner and was put on the board for this purpose. I still have faith in the story and will be holding my shares until better times arrive
Just a thought if he loses tomorrow God we hope so maybe his Russian mates will give him a directorship of a mining company Oh NO Not us !!!
Of course they are still looking at production - How else would you keep Sinosteel on side with their proposed £176 million investment
Sinosteel and Citic versus Vtb and Norilisk - Give us a date for the match we will all be there!!!
Hi Sasa - Nice to see something positive happening at last. Have been here like yourself for over 10 years - selling at 37p would have been nice I now have 1.5million at an average of 5.9p and its about time our class of 43 had a results. Best regards
Whats that about - I thought the £50 million was the sum we were due to receive from Sinosteel
Correct me please if I am wrong. I believed that an NDA would be in place when talks are going on between two parties where the discussion covered areas that were sensitive. What I do not understand is why the 2018 drill results cannot be given to us the shareholders who own the company. It is now over a year since the drilling was completed. I cannot believe that Tom Bowen would have bought 7 million odd shares without knowing these figures
The stunning silence , no release of the 2018 drill results , no update of share holdings tells me that an NDA is most certainly in place and even covers whether a 3% shareholding has been reached. Has anyone thought that in view of the size of our discovery the area of adjacent land that we had to give up to get the licence is also part of any partner talks, after all the limits of our discovery outside the licence area could be very significant as a Nickel district
Our new director is a canny boy and obviosely does not see this as throwing money down the drain. As a result of his purchase the shares finished down. I bet if he had made the purchase of existing shares a 7million trade would have left the shares up
Well thats AIM for you!!!
Market makers - what are you frightened of
They could buy us out of their small change tin !
It would be interesting to know who has asked for the results to be withheld. Dont the directors have a duty to tell the shareholders as soon as they have been verified
Spoke to Blythweigh this morning asked that they pass on the message from all shareholders that the lack of any contact by the company despite promiseses to the contrary was unacceptable
