I just wonder if the AGM may be postponed to allow Artem to do his job ? Any thoughts
Mac, We are all building up our hopes for news at the AGM but I wonder if the Mad VLAD is still around the BOD might think it prudent to continue to keep under the parapet and merely update the statutory financials
Any thoughts
Is it possible that it is not up to EUA to release the JORC figures because the audit was paid for by the prospective buyer who certainly will not wish the competion to see them until discussions with us is finished
I take the opposite view , probably because of what the BOD say in all the RNS's. I think it likely that when they agreed to partake in todays presentation they did not know when the sale would reach a critical point and conclusion. Now it is imminent they have been asked not to steal the conference thunder but to delay the announcement until later this week
Just my opinion GLA
My first try Can you please put me down for a major RNS on Friday after 18.30 hours . so the Germans dont get a heads up before us !!
Many thanks
By transferring the licence to the new subsidiary they have the choice of mining it on their own or selling it outright as part of the proposed deal or on its own to another party
I see the lunatic fringe are around trying to talk the price down for their own purposes. What is announced is an AGM nothing whatsoever to do with an offer or dividend. Any offer will be the subject of a special RNS giving all the details you need. Look at why you invested (If you are), read all previous RNS , and decide if you trust the BOD. They are not there to pander to those who think they are entitled to every discussion going on in the background.
When a conclusion on an offer or dividend is reached the BOD will inform the market in the usual way via a stonking RNS
I see no reason why a notification of an AGM should have any bearing on the share price
ALL YOU NEED IS PATIENCE its coming !!!!!
When and if an offer for all or parts are received it is not us which will have the first say , as the assets are Russian it will be Mr Putin and his mates which will first have to approve the buyer in my humble opinion
GLA
No my old mate you are not alone Have not averaged in any direction Sold 400k in Feb 2020 to buy my new car
Still hold my original 2.6 million bought at an average of 0.97p in december 2016 - and will continue to hold until the BOD tell me time is up !!!
Think before posting please . The size of his remaining shareholding is such that a purchase or sale of 1% or more has to be notified in the same way as Blackrock or Philip Taylor
Its amusing really how poor Rowka was laughed out of court with his prediction of £3.50 per share
With all the recent RNS's it could be he is nearer the mark than a lot of posters on here have given him credit for
Our continued patience will be rewarded whatever happens on Monday
More Rum please !!
Makes sense to me. Anytime soon for the biggy
I think that when the RNS stated a non binding agreement last year with interested parties the BOD were also referring to their discussions with Rosgeo . These talks probably started as a non binding scenario which has now become binding. We know from experience that in Russia thing take a long time to come to fruition and I am sure the interested bidding parties may have been told to wait for the Rosgeo outcomes. with this out of the way the legal boys can prepare the paperwork
I think we are very near to the finish line and my 2.6 million shares held since December 2016 at an average of 0.9p
are happily awaiting the nod from the Board. Many thanks to Mac, Tilly, Ian and many others for their input All we need is a little more patience . Egards to all holders AIM
They did it last week remember. Gives every one a chance to digest over the long easter weekend
Have just emailed the company to enquire what has happened to your birthday present .They think Amazon have it out for delivery shortly !!!
With all your recent comments you are clearly on the wrong board
Nobody knows more about MT than them .They are very profitable with current prices and would only raise this amount of lolly if they are going to invest heavily. Time to buy back what they sold. From our point of view its a bit handy that they are based in London What does everyone think ?
Hi all I used to be Aimtomakemoney but when I bought a new computor I forgot my sign on code _ what a wally
But still here with 2600000 at 0.9p all bought in December 2016 . On my sons recommendation I sold 400k in feb last year at 6.78p and bought a new car - finally delivered in Sept last - we are still talking no grudges
If the directors do exercise their warrants today. Do you not need a NOMAD to authorise and produce an RNS
As the National Lottery has failed me can I try yours with my birthday please 18th May
Many thanks
