Did u find it? My opinion is that who ever the US is against will loose this case, with venezuela most the cases are US firms. With the oxus case, the US had good ties with the uzbeks with military bases etc and a top US firm fighting it's case. The corrupt aiding the corrupt as reflected in the outcome. Hope fully rusoro won't be the case as most if not all arbitration cases have been lost by the government

1) he mentioned "investors" will be rewarded "soon" 2) no mention of quantum, but he did use "rewarded" a couple of times, which implies something financial beneficial
