In court papers filed on Tuesday, the NY Wheel said it wants to extend the Sept. 5 deadline pursuant to an agreement currently being prepared.

The NY Wheel issued the following statement to the Advance:

"The New York Wheel is in the process of negotiating an amendment to the settlement agreement, including extending the standstill period. In connection with the amendment negotiations, all parties have agreed to extend the Sept. 5, 2018 deadline in the settlement agreement until, at least, Sept. 11, 2018, so that the amendment can be negotiated."

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

If the Wheel has yet to secure the necessary funding to hire a new contractor by the deadline, there are a few things that could take place.

The Wheel could ask for an extension of the 120-day standstill in Delaware Bankruptcy Court. If they have potential investors, but just need more time to work out an agreement, a request for an extension might be considered.

Think the limited free float and low shares in issue, should helped this share way above 1p so even upon good news, u may not see these prices again, especially under a 1p it�s only recently where the share has gone below 1p and more so due to last rns, infact the share price was close to a penny with no anticipation of news, one thing I must add. The reason why I say the share has bottomed is the feeling that there isn�t many day traders due to pace of news so people that are in are going long. .obviously if people held for long, it would be silly to sell at a loss when there�s steady stream of news flow. So expecting a gradually rise on low volume over the next few session but hey, all imo

Well pointed, blue moon is at a different location, and has been drilled before and shown good enough results, so you would expect the results to be positive...in regards to the first two, they may have to dig deep as gold is theree and may find what the research had shown...in addition, they said they may drill crespo after blue mood which I think could be very likely now..l, gold is rising, with chinease still on board, it could fly on good results, the risk reward is pretty good now as it�s bottomed in my opinion. Ignore the noise, people sat with agenda, believe what you think is right based on your research hopefully it will drive result, You will always find people who will knock down a share they haven�t invested in to get in at a cheaper price. Why would one spend valuable time creating doubts on other people�s minds in particular this share as appose to other 300 plus, Ask yourself why this share and not others? Dyor
