What we know is:

- Debt level to be at minimal level

- I expect profit to be better than 2023 for number of reasons:

- No cybercost

- no major disposal cost

- 900 redundancies cost saving from Jan 2024

- pause In bonuses and wage rises in 2024

- cost reduction programme increase from 60m in jan to 160m in June 2024 some of the benefit I 2024

@trenners, that's the belief, low margin contracts, becomes higher margin through reduction in cost base.

Iow debt and increase profitability is was shareholders should be looking for. Once we start seeing revenue growth through reinvestment. The 3bn revenue could deliver profit using lower end margin target range of 6% of around £180m. And higher end margin of 8% to be around £240m.

If we had revenue of 3bn and saw revenue growth but margin at 3.5%, they profits would be around £105m. So clearly profitability allows the business to expand

The biggest issue initially was debt was to levels of around £1.2billion. JL did played his role to bringing debt down by selling businesses. The level of debt is lower since JL left but then AH sold capita one which literally took debt to a minimal so we are told. Will the market look at debt on 5th March. Imho

Read few points that need didn't make sense to me

1. someone said £250m cost saving was because serco won one of the contract. How can this be true. The £250m cost saving was increased from £160m to £250m in December 2024 before the tender process for the contract serco won in feb 2025. So in fact, the savings could be increased to more than £250m as they wind down on that contract.

2. The year end report should show glimpse of AH performance. To announced savings of £160m in 2024. Surely should show some benefits in 2024 accounts

3. The forward guidance for 2025 is going to be interesting. I mean to make £250m savings by year end 2025. All these cuts has to feed through to the bottom line. It other words, they have to show that all these cuts improves the financial metrics. Surely there should be some upgrade in profitability following the cuts
