All evindience looks extremely strong and will be massive for a share price uplift. Any good news at all.

With the offered to repay 100% of debt and proof of funds , the creditor would be crazy not to take it. Any other 3rd party agreement could fall through or be less. PLUS MPL could drag this on for years. They will want their money and to move on. DEAL to be revealed today I think.

Hopefully they accept the 100% debt payment, why wouldn’t they tbh. If they don’t looks very underhanded, gives massive leverage.

Even if they don’t there appears to be loads of legal avenues to go down and challenges they can make.

Big backing and plenty of high court wins so far looks like this could go very well. Tomorrow the asset could be back in MPLs possession.

Depending on time of the meeting could wake up to an extremely positive RNS. Update will be provided after the meeting. All sounds very positive. Any positive comments and this could go wild!

RNS ….. Accordingly, the Court has opined that the consideration of the Company's proposal should be done with due exercise of commercial wisdom of the CoC and not merely as an empty formality. The meeting in this regard has been set for Friday 10 April 2026 in New Delhi and the Company expects to update shareholders and stakeholders after the meeting.

This surely holds up. Full repayment of any debt and investment. 1000% day with any good news?

This must be an extremely near term target. At £14 million it was just chatter and hope. The company has changed and delivered something incredible that could have a huge impact within a £60billion fashion market. That’s without the other potential areas for use. Multiples of current share price and huge raises to come. Get in early and just hold them!
