Look at GBP when they bought an Australian Gold Licence..It bagged 5 times nearly.

So maybe there is hope for those who bought below 0.40p

What about placees who bought at 0.37p a few months ago and the 0.20p placees 6 weeks ago

Agree Market Cap of Wishbone Gold is low.

The problem is going to be what price the new shares will be issued to the company for their 70% which hopefully includes funding as well.

If it is at the closing mid price of yesterday then am happy with that. 1.5b shares issues at 0.185p could give the combine group a value of £3.6m.

As the Executive Chairman of Evrensel Gold Services (EGS), I am delighted to announce the formation of a joint venture with Olah Palace (OP). That is the key.

Basically Wishbone Gold are going to issue shares to buy Moores company.

If the shares are issued at yesterdays closing price then am happy but if at big discount then not happy

Probably another company set up for a scam to feed the lifestyle of these corrupt directors.

The AIM Market is full of them.

Question is how much is Wishbone Gold worth on it own ?

Expect a big Placing of new shares. 70% given to Moore and his company and maybe Placing for funding.

If the deal goes through what price will they issue these new shares...

Price of the new shares is the key here for and also how much is the takeover target worth.

Question is what assets does this new company have ???

What will the Market Cap of the new company be...

Not gonna touch the AIM Market again.

It is just a market where 90% of private investors lose their money.
