Is there not a big conflict of interest here as Moores is the main man at WSBN and he wants to takeover his own company.

Which Directors are looking after the interests of shareholders ?

It should be quicker as Moores already works at Wishbone and he must have a rough idea of Wishbone's valuation.

I am fearing the worse when you have people running the show who have shafted Private Investors previously.

If proved they have been lying and misleading investors they obviously can be taken to Court.

This deal needs to be stopped..

What will happen is that Moores and Co will be issued with new shares.

They will probably hype up the new company and as always Private Investors will fall into the trap and start buying.

Them new shares issued to Moores and Co will be offloaded or lent to shorters.

And as usual on the AIM Marketthe company will not deliver and Private Investors lose out.

Gold at an all time high and they want to move into Africa.

Shareholders should get together and stop this RTO.

I rather have new management come in try their luck on the companies Australia Assets.

Another positive I can take is that Wishbone Gold did say in their Nov 26th 2024 RNS that they were looking for opportunties elseswhere. I took it as a pinch of salt but it looks like they were really were so all my not be lost for those with low averages.

Like have said earlier we need more information on the assets Moores company has in Africa .
