With reference to the Nanosynth Group RNS published on 24 May 2023 concerning, Notice of General Meeting I wish to vote as follows:

AGAINST RESOLUTION 1

That the Company be wound up voluntarily

AGAINST RESOLUTION 2

That Simon Jagger and Cameron Gunn of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London WC2N 6JU, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.

AGAINST RESOLUTION 3

That the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM be cancelled ("Cancellation") with such cancellation expected to become effective on 26 June 2023". This resolution is conditional on the passing of resolutions one and two.

To wind up a business is cheaper no personal liability, Control over timings, Outstanding debts can be written off, legal action is written off, just a few advantages. It’s the easy way out, please do not vote for it vote against.

I don’t believe they should be able to close it done voluntarily, why should they have the right to do that. To me that’s them having the last laugh. All the way to the courts is the best option, I vote no.

This is yet just another cycle of accumulation, it has happened many of times over the last few years. All we need is a catalyst to drive the sp between where it is stuck. We are going sideways for now.

6.75 was lowest sp reached so I imagine that will be support.

It looks to me like the sp has levelled out and we have plenty of support where we are currently.

It does sound like the events that played out today, the vultures are always lurking about waiting to pounce.

This is nothing to what has happened to one of my other shares today. It went up almost 100% then got an RNS saying the company had the liquidators in. Terrible share, caught out there. This has far more potential so I’m more relaxed here.
