My thoughts exactly Jiffy, set up quickly and solely for the purpose of selling to Gst. Its simple and shrewd. I like it.

It will come out in the next financials I'm sure, but looking at everything rationally, it would have been cheap don't you think? It's not like they've acquired a thriving business turning over millions a year is it? Just stop for a second and think about it, instead of making uneducated remarks. Mark, Gst BoD wanted an MSB licence, so they ask someone to create a company who qualifies to apply for it, easy to set up a company right? They tell that person/people that once they have the licence they will buy that company from them for let's say 200k, easy money for that person/people right? The lack of info leads me to believe Paypt were simply set up to gain the licence so that Gst could buy it. In essence Gst gains an MsB licence for 200k, I'm guessing at the price obviously, Gst then change the name to Angra global Ltd and are able to use that licence for their own gains, hence why nobody has really heard or know anything about Paypt Finance Ltd. All perfectly legal imo and a clever way to do business imo. I suppose we will find out the total cost in the next financials.

The Placing Shares equate to approximately 4.4% of the Company's currently issued share capital.  The funds raised from the Placing will be principally used to accelerate the implementation of the Group's GS Money strategy, including potentially via acquisition.

Have to correct you again, I neither said nor suggested raising funds to purchase PAYPT, I ASKED about dilution,which would be the case if the legally binding agreement is to pay in shares.

You are not as smart as you clearly think you are, maybe aim a little, ....make that a lot lower.

Mentally challenged, possibly, but certainly pedantic. "The funds raised from the placing will be PRINCIPALLY"........but not exclusively used. Like me, you clearly have no idea how much we are paying, or, whether or not what remains of the placing funds is sufficient to cover 100% of the cost of the purchase.

That's just my view, but let's see where we are in 3 months time, or when it comes to completing the deal.

Just letting the green boxes who seem to think that buying Paypt is some kind of bad thing lol, because they are nearly as thick as you so need some guidance.

Ha ha maybe Leddach, I'll be taking a nice slice out at 5p a share and then simply leaving the rest to grow. When it reaches the magical 100m Mcap, ii's from the finance world will join, maybe a little sooner, that's when the real fun starts and we will all be sitting comfortably with huge profits laughing at the green box brigade, although they'll probably still be here warning us all about a drop from 6p to 5p lol. 🙄

Very little info out there on Paypt finance, here's my take on it, 2 months ago (17th May) Gst announce fund raise for a possible acquisition. I am lead to believe that also about 2 months ago Paypt finance was created? Anyone joining the Dots here? Create Paypt, get an MSB licence, sell it to Gst for a bargain, change the name to Angra global. If this is all true, I applaud the BoD and absolutely trust them with my money going forward. Looking forward to sitting back and watching my retirement fund grow.

Over 200m shares trades on news of the Canadian licence, little snippets of positive info coming out now, imagine when we get through the Pathway which now won't be too long imo, that news will surprise many investors like the last news did, what a time to.be a holder here! Huge potential and soon people Will wake up and join in. An absolute steal at 15m Mcap. Here's to an excellent few months ahead. A little GS20 update wouldn't go a miss either 😉
