Disposal of EMS will cut the losses going forward now for Gst, Angra global becoming bigger will increase revenue/profit, once the other pillars are in play Gst will be a profit making little monster!

Following the disposal of EMS, GST is now a focused, 'pure play', fintech group with a solid operational platform on which to build and continue to role out our GS Money solutions. We also enjoy a healthy balance sheet to fund our continued expansion.

Angra had US$132.87 million in transaction volume during the year, which contributed US$0.43 million in revenue to the Group. Excellent initial revenue by Angra, 132m in transactions and it hasn't got going yet! Brilliant start.

4 green boxes, panicking I see, probably don't like the fact that stable coins are becoming globally popular and Gst are looking at 4 of them, as another pillar of GS Money. Neobank, B2B, crypto all rolled into 1 company with an Mcap of well under 20m! Lol. BoD own a huge amount of shares and once all these pillars come into play they will worth a small fortune. Keep banging away greenies your efforts are futile here. Continue losing your fake money in other shares.

With GST looking at a US dollar linked stable coin, this has to be great news for the company. Wonder if we will get some Info Im the next update regarding plans for the US.

Someone said earlier he is just here to get under people's skin, I agree, a lonely sad individual with nothing better to do, it's bloody tragic. I feel a bit sorry for him hence why I've filtered and forgotten.

Release them, unless they wait until we are successful with Sandbox/Pathway. End of August would 8 weeks since the rejection, and 4 weeks from the FCA change. Exciting times.

Following two pilots, the FCA's Digital Sandbox will be made available permanently from next month, opening up the platform to a broader range of innovative businesses, start-ups and data providers.

The Digital Sandbox is a testing environment that enables the regulator to support firms at the early stage of product development by enabling experimentation through proof of concepts.

Until now, the platform has only been available temporarily to those participating in pilots and TechSprints.

More than half of the previous SME participants in the pilots and TechSprints made positive developments including launching new products, securing funding and partnerships, or receiving industry awards or recognitions. 

From 1st August 2023, firms will be able to apply for the permanent Digital Sandbox under the following themes: banking, investment, lending, payments, insurance, pension, wholesale buy-side, wholesale sell-side, and cross-sectors.

Oldslow, it is included in the corporate update from GST in June 2022 and something quite a few of us are looking forward to hearing more about.

The Group is also making significant progress with the other elements of its GS Money strategy. Under the collaboration agreement with Wise MPay, the Company is working, inter alia, to operate a full service stablecoin payment infrastructure to enable customers to transact using stablecoins. The stablecoin payment infrastructure, the second pillar of GS Money, has now been successfully tested using all four of the enterprise chains through the company's wholly owned GS Fintech subsidiaries.

Following this successful testing, the Company has identified the following activities that it plans to carry out:

· Issuing four single fiat-linked stablecoins - the "GUSD", "GGBP", "GEUR" and "GRMB" - pegged to the US Dollar, the Pound, the Euro and the Yuan respectively;

· Managing the 1:1 reserve assets that are backing the value of the four stablecoins;

It's cute that Lloyds £1 and £2 sells are trying to lower the price, lol.

Summary

The year to 31 March 2022 was a pivotal one for the Company and one in which we made great progress in implementing our strategy to drive forward our GS Fintech plans. With the signing of the collaboration agreement with Wise Mpay we have been able to access the required knowledge and resources to build a world-class blockchain-enabled neobanking platform. The acquisition of Angra, completed just before the end of the financial year, has added an established UK platform for our activities and coupled with the anticipated completion of the acquisition of Glindala shortly we believe we are very well positioned for the next stage of our development with the role out of our GS Money offerings commercially.

In closing I would like to take the opportunity to thank all our staff for their outstanding commitment and hard work during the year, and our shareholders for their continuing support. GST has come a long way in a very short period of time and I believe we are very well positioned to roll out our borderless neobanking platform. Following the completion of the disposal of EMS Wiring Systems the Group will be able to focus all its resources on developing its blockchain enabled neobanking activities and it will be a 'pure play' fintech group. I look forward to the remainder of 2022 and beyond with confidence.
