BfD, you take it as you feel necessary, Raphael was listed with his 4.99% for a while since his Tr1, I think he's been selling out all of his holding, he now does not appear on that list at all.

Semnet acquisition is good business, owning your own cyber security company speaks volumes to me, I know a burger van owner who went from a small van to many and a multi millionaire, he used to have issues with a local bakery not producing enough bread for him, so he went out and bought his own bakery lol. Issue solved, same as Gst. I would also hope we are already using the Semnet tech on all our platforms.

I find it strange that Lord Wellesley hasnt been approved yet, I know this isnt the same scenario, but when a company's director sadly passes away suddenly, the company ceases trading under the rules until a director is brought in, that doesn't normally take that long to sort out. It is a real pain having to wait for the Fca but wait is what we have to do. Must be frustrating for any BoD.

Baznick, we were notified when he went under 5% as a major share holder, he was on the website shown as a 4.99% holder, now he isnt. As a major (was a director), we only get notified if they drop below the 5%

Kat what on earth are you talking about (again). We have seen substantial selling for a little while now, 2m, 1m and 500k sells. Ive said all along it would have been Raphael selling his lot. Seriously, just be quiet.

Main thing here is that Raphael is gone at last. Explains the recent dip in share price of him offloading his last remaining shares. Over to you Lord Wellesley, although he may be waiting for Fca to confirm his post.

The company will need money soon, all those that disagree fine, this is Aim so take your head out of the clouds and wake up, all micro cap companies raise money, the worrying thing is when they need to raise it for working capital among other things, it tells you in black and white they are struggling financially, regardless of what any Ceo tells you, as they simply wouldn't come out and tell you this straight, the clue is 'working capital'.

Still plenty of time to jump in here and make money if a deal is ever struck. Ceo stated he 'believes' the last raise will take them to revenue, he's not an experienced Ceo at all I'm afraid and that was his get out of jail free card. Green blah, you know the rest

In the grand scheme of things the SP really doesn't matter, it will increase as news comes in and the jig saw becomes more complete. IMHO the Mcap is about right for what we know to be fair. Shame we can't log in to something to get live revenues, but we can't. No fundamentals have changed so far so for me, all is good, I won't be missing any sudden Rns and increase in share price.
