Kat if you look at what Semnet do, they offer much more, I don't see it as coincidence that this acquisition was announced at the time Gst are going through the innovation Pathway, I believe they were told to strengthen their security which makes sense to me anyway when you look at the Fca's guidelines for approvals. It's important to me as I see Semnet acquisition as a very important step going forward. The BoD are normally spot on, it 'should' be a seamless transaction bearing in mind who it involves.
