Yes FG needs a whopping deal here, otherwise he is in trouble, he may have to sell around 15m of his own shares at this level to pay that back if things dont work out. Then the bond holders will squeeze every penny like we've seen over in Copl. These things can only rollover and be extended for so long, these are risks you need to take into account when investing, that and the debt that needs to be repaid. It's not all deals tomorrow and rockets like some may want you to think. When a Ceo is backed into a corner, they come out with all sorts to protect themselves and not share holders, how many time have we seen that happen?

The current Mcap gives him some wriggle room but not much, winning the court settlement will help in the short term and obviously a few great deals some big players will help, they will have to be 'big' players mind.

Watching with interest to see if his tech works (with evidence) and what if any deal he gets through to see what is already 'priced in'.
