Every single company I know announce new CEO appointments, my only guess is because it's a new Ceo of 'GST' they feel they dont need to.

I think unfortunately GST is becoming a little company the bigger players will be keeping a close eye on, its now getting global exposure with all the collaborated companies seen on the websites, this is screaming buy out but I really hope they dont sell it. As investors we want this BoD to keep building

What is the valuation of ClearBank?

Clearbank does not want to disclose its valuation and is in its startup phase, the company was founded in 2015 and officially launched in 2017. Clearbank's December valuation was just below 274 million pounds which might mean that the current valuation stands at $590 million.

Fair play to you Garwool, I would be the complete opposite here, any share holders who says they are happy with the current state of play are simply lying or trapped in at a much higher price and simply live in hope of a miracle. Can't think of any company that leave their share holders guessing for 18 weeks after a raise.

Not sure how share holders feel, I'm getting annoyed sat on the side lines waiting to see if this bloody tech works and if it does who going to buy it. 18 weeks from a placing to news is just ridiculous, never heard anything like this. 2 months is slightly more acceptable but FG is taking the P here.
