If you ran a business with a product and another company approached you and said, hey we need your product, can we buy it please, you say yes this is the cost, would you like it? They say yes please here is the money, thank you very much, would you be bothered what the company is/does? Or would you take their 36m and celebrate a little? I'm positive Semnet/Gst would have done their DD about the company and their funds prior to any deal. I'm guessing they needed the security to progress with whatever they do.
