Semnet is the smallest strand we have Kat, another profitable business where we hold a major stake in who's just announced a 36m contract. Before this is 4.4m turnover produced a profit of 200k. You can work it out, however it's never been about Semnet, the global exchange coupled with the crypto exchange will be the catalyst for now, then if we get stablecoin approval, I'll be a very rich man.

17m Mcap is simply peanuts, and we'll find out why in July.

The UK side of the business will always be at the mercy of Fca approvals, I.e easysend and stablecoins, I think the BoD are doing extremely will outside of the UK. Not sure what more you'd like?

So, The cynic in me suggests that the BoD have their eyes on another acquisition, also they got wind of Garies selling some shares , knowing that may drop the SP a bit, they got the raise through at the better price to secure the funds.

Going on previous wordings and actions, I have no reasons to doubt they will announce an acquisition soon, as this is exactly what they've done upto now.

Pretty obvious that deal isn't over the line yet, Q2/Q3 they said.

I'd only have a concern if the actual BoD start selling. Garies has decreased, but it appears that others have increased, so just swapping shares.

I can also imagine Lord having some kind of holding here, if he can buy he'd be mad not to get them at this price. Maybe he's already got 2% or so, we just don't know, but the % on the investor page has increased, so no worries here.
