If you read the Rns from April it just mentions the acquisition, then it goes on to state what Semnet had achieved, it doesn't mention before or after, in fact it indicates the contracts were already won, in the next it then confirms prior.

If you read it again, you'll see you're wrong.

I am currently away and I have no idea “who might have spoken to who”, but as announced,  prior to the completion of the Semnet acquisition by GST, a US$36 million contract was secured by Semnet for the sale of high-performance application servers and solutions specifically designed for artificial intelligence (AI). These solutions feature the cutting-edge NVIDIA HGX H800 8-GPUs.  From this you can obviously deduce that the vast majority of the value was in equipment and my understanding is that this was ultimately delivered to a customer of Ypsilon Technology Pte. Ltd.
