Easysend will be completed in November, what this BoD says, this BoD does, anyone suggesting otherwise hasn't got a clue. FCA approval of the acquisition is just a formality, I wouldn't be surprised if its already pre approved and just waiting for final terms from both sides.

Until we get clarity on these deals and what they mean for GST, certainty doesn't come in, you either believe what the BoD when they say its making significant profitable growth, or you don't.

The fact is we don't know, so saying you don't know and in the next breath saying you're 'certain' about something, is ridiculous.

The Gst BoD says this - ahead of the GST Board's expectations at the time of the acquisition and the business is achieving significant profitable growth.

However Brew is 'certain' this isn't true, of course he doesn't know the deal, but is still certain.

So you don't know the deal however you're 'certain' profit will be low.
