Mosman Oil and Gas Limited announced an independent resource evaluation by Sproule ERCE confirming the Sagebrush Project as a credible helium and natural gas resource. The project has gross prospective resources of 134 MMscf of helium in the 2U case, potentially valued at approximately $40 million at $300/Mcf, with a 3U upside of 269 MMscf, valued at ~$80 million. The evaluation identified a 588-acre four-way structural closure. Gross 1U helium resources are estimated at 80 MMscf. The gas composition includes 2.76% helium, ~19.5% methane, and ~3% heavier hydrocarbons. Additional hydrocarbon resources have a potential value estimated between $3-10 million.
