It would be nice to see Canada break through the 70 cent barrier by close of trading at 21:00 UK time. It did hit 82c momentarily last week (Tuesday I think) - that would definitely set us up for an attack on 40p here tomorrow. Volume looking strong again at almost 700,000 with over 3 hours to go!

Looks like our Canuck friends are going to run with the COPL baton! Hopefully they can push this a lot further into close & give the London MM's something to think about tomorrow, like pushing through 40p for starters!

Yes, a very good day, good consolidation & now building good support in the 30's by the looks of it. Hopefully Canada's volume can keep up for the next 4 & a half hours. GLA.

I don't think debt is going to be an issue, the majors will no doubt be keeping a very close eye on little (not for long!) COPL!!!

A great start to the week so far & I can only see it getting better. Come on MM's, let her go, let's break through 40p today & push on to 50p. Still an absolute pittance for what COPL now have!!! With the oil price exploding too I will be very surprised if we don't break through the £1 barrier in the next week or two. GLA.

Can't wait until 8:00 tomorrow (or 7:00 if there is another positive RNS!) as news seems to be spreading like wildfire about little old COPL & our transformational discovery. I can imagine a lot of investors have been doing their research over the weekend & will be ready to take a position this coming week. The good thing about the position that COPL is in is that any investors research isn't going to lead to the shall I/shan't I decision but the how much money can I scrape together to invest because this is an absolute no brainer!!! GLA - I have a feeling that this is going to be a quite spectacular 2022 for COPL & her investors. It's been said a few times on here but worth reiterating - these opportunities do not come along many times in an investors lifetime, if you're in well done but spread the word to family, friends, strangers on the bus/train, anybody!!!

Having a very good feeling about today, have the weeks games been played & time for the market to fully react to the transformational news? There will be plenty of sells as traders take their 10/15% but this is an investors dream. As many have said here, with years of O&G investing experience between them, the likes of this discovery are few & far between in recent years so don't bail out for a great profit, stay the distance & make some serious returns. GLA.

Also remember that this is the first weekend since the RNS dropped so should hopefully get some column inches in some of the papers (old school things I know!). There are still a huge amount of potential investors who are yet to discover COPL & they will want to get in on the action, who wouldn't?!?

Just wondering what your reasoning is for the 'but I'll take a chance it's only 100 million barrels'? They managed to keep this quiet for around 4 months before announcing the discovery so I would have thought that gave them a fair bit of time to go over & over the data before announcing to the markets a 1.6 to 1.9 billion barrel discovery, no?

This has now been updated so they were obviously working on it over the holiday period!
