The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
I'd certainly have taken a 2.80 finish this morning - a nice launch pad!!!
Did anybody see the article at 8:30 referred to earlier?
Please could someone with the appropriate technical knowledge explain how big an issue this water cut %age is. I have done a bit of Googling so I understand it causes additional cost & impacts the lifetime of drilling equipment etc. However, I also read that some wells with 80/90% water cut can still be economical. So my question really is how can it be managed down & also what %age would become uneconomical for HUR? Thanks in advance, I'm invested by the way & looking to invest more next month when funds become available. Good luck to all for the future, it will be an interesting ride!!!
Very informative post Gonegirl, just like your previous 2. Keep them coming!
Hi all, not sure why I'm posting this but may help some!!! I came across PHE about 4 years ago & was amazed by the technology & potential of DMG globally. I invested a significant amount but jumped in & out listening to chat board members discussing other amazing shares that were going to 'explode' - very naive about AIM & posters then! Long story short, ended up losing pretty much everything so not invested in PHE currently due to financial circumstances. The only silver lining being that friends & family who bought in on my advice have done very very very well. Had I just left my original investment then I would be sitting on around £0.5m!!! So, as has been said many times before, it's all about research, believing in the company & product & patience, patience, patience!!! I have not been a contributor to the PHE chat board but recognise many of the names on here & know how well some of these people have done & deservedly so (a few paper millionaires that's for sure!). This board (until recently) has been full of positivity for the potential good that this technology 'will' do for the plastic & energy issues this world faces. So my opinion, for what it is worth, is if you believe in the technology then keep hold of your shares as this isn't even the start of this company. I saw the post about 'feasibility' & the history of PHE so of course there is risk but that is comparing completely different phases of this company. Remember when Apple almost went under in 1997!!! Good luck to all holders, whether you're long term or trading (the markets need both) & here's to DMG's potential being fully realised for the worlds sake!
I'd ignore TB, his first 5 posts on PHE all this morning using technical speak such as '1m sell kicking in the nuts'. I doubt he even knows what PHE do. We all know why we're here & as people have already said, one man doesn't make the company. I certainly respect Keith & his passion & hope that this personal challenge turns out for the best. Family is more important than work so I totally understand his position & I'm sure it was a very difficult decision for him to make. I'm sure this won't have any impact on current discussions with Toyota & the like as they're looking to invest in DMG, not Keith as far as I'm aware.
Page 10 from the North American Environmental Report:
The promise of zero-emission vehicles is fulfilled only when the fuel these vehicles use is created in a way that doesn’t create emissions. That’s why we are also researching renewable production methods for hydrogen fuel.
I wonder who one of the companies might be that they have been researching???
Apologies all, a bit off with my maths! They sold just under 1.2 million shares which equated to roughly 0.6% of the company. As to why, who knows, but as someone alluded to, they may have needed to pay some bills, don't we all! In addition, they may have sold these prior to the Hinkley news & then bought more today, time will tell!
Just to clarify for all, they have sold circa 600,000 shares, the last Ruffer Holdings RNS was at 16:55 on 6th September so you can see that their 'interest' in RHL shares has reduced (only slightly!). Hope that helps.
