What we'd all give for one of those with contract news with no trading until the 4th, now that would light up my New Years celebrations - no fireworks required!!!

The AGM is at 11:00 - fingers crossed for a very positive update with all of the news yesterday of the severe lack of tests. Come on Budd, pull the rabbit out of the hat this time, we're going to need a bigger hutch!!! GLA - is GDR's time finally here???

I'm surprised this hasn't moved more with the volume & buys here today! Looking like a very strong finish to the year & a transformational 2022 in my opinion. Just think of all those new Xboxes, PlayStations, mobile phones & tablets gifted at Christmas - all potential revenue streams for Bidstack!!! Just a reminder that the SP was c14p in January last year without all of the transformational news & not a significant amount of additional shares in issue - all bodes well for a substantial rerate over the short term. GLA - very comfortable with my investment here.

I saw that '1' suddenly pop up & almost fell off of my chair of the Twitter rumours - very disappointing when I opened it!!! ;-)

Just to re-share from the 1st September RNS on Mark Duffins employment - the larger part of his share options are at 2.5p & then further ones at 4p. CEO skin in the game & performance related share options always good to see as an investor. I'd certainly take 4p for starters & don't see us having to wait to long for that - one good contract away from that...

c20% of NNN traded so far today, as somebody has already pointed out volume is king! I'm expecting a busy afternoon too, still holding gains from Friday so that shows strong consolidation. Yes, a bit of a spike early this morning but that's the MM's for you, they read the chat boards too!!! They won't be able to hold back the momentum when we start seeing some contracts announced.

I think we're going to need another one or two of those!!! ;-)

How did you come to that conclusion Midas?
As mentioned in my earlier post this was down to incredibly astute research by a poster that found the newly incorporated company (public information) & shared his/her findings on Twitter. This information, I believe, was then shared on here & no doubt caught the company unawares. I think they were obviously going to RNS about the JV but probably had to get it out today due to the speculation. We don't know when the JV was actually signed, may have only been this morning/afternoon after a rushed Zoom call due to the information on the chat boards as it was kind of out of their control at that point! The only way this would be insider trading is if this person works for either Volz or Nanosynth which I think is highly unlikely!

...& for once not just annoying posters but every conceivable place where humans congregate! The health benefits & money this will save the NHS is quite mind blowing let alone helping the world get back to some sort of normality. The SP will take care of itself so time to relax & await what this JV comes up with on the products front. Very very exciting times ahead for investors here, don't sell yourself short with a small profit but of course each to there own investing strategy. GLA

I think we'll still see a lot of old RMS holders selling on this news as a lot probably saw this news as a chance to exit with some of their losses lessened - they've lost faith in the company. However, I think they'll be plenty of old & new investors who see the value in the future. MM games also being played, just gone from 1.30 back down to low 90's in about 20 minutes. I still think we'll see plenty of new investment coming in & finish strongly into the weekend. GLA.

Not insider trading, clever research by someone spotting the new company incorporated on the 3rd December & putting 2 & 2 together. This would have no doubt caught the company by surprise but the internet can make it very difficult to keep some things under wraps. No doubt the MM's will be playing some games so I'm not expecting a huge rise just yet but I might be surprised for once!!!

No doubt they'll be some of that going on as anyone who got in at 17p (only a month ago!) will have almost 5 bagged. All part of the game & those shares are being snapped up so onwards & definitely upwards!!!

I can't believe that they haven't already requested FDA approval - maybe then we can finally see something coming of the tie up with Beckman Coulter. Now there's a couple of words that I haven't seen on here for a while - I think it became too painful for most LTH's!!!

It is very much a chicken an egg situation but the SWA deal gives the financing the guaranteed market for the project & hence completely derisks the project.

What Is an Offtake Agreement?
An offtake agreement is an arrangement between a producer and a buyer to purchase or sell portions of the producer's upcoming goods. It is normally negotiated before the construction of a factory or facility to secure a market and revenue stream for its future output.

Offtake agreements are typically used to help the selling company acquire project financing for future construction, expansion projects, or new equipment through the promise of future income and proof of existing demand for the goods.

Just to confirm that the Offtake Agreement with SWA is legally binding. The IAG agreement is an Offtake Agreement ‘MOU’ which isn’t but states in the RNS that they will be looking to move this into a binding agreement in the next 6 months. It is important for investors & potential new investors to understand this very important difference. The deal with SWA is the bigger deal & is legally binding!!! GLA & DYOR as ever.

Fantastic news, I think that may warrant an RNS on Monday!
Also probably explains why the Q&A’s haven’t been posted yet as the RNS from the 18th advised that they’d be available on the website by yesterday. More than happy to wait with all of this going on in the background! Very happy with my investment here, we should be seeing a significant rerate going on here over the coming weeks/months, especially if we also get positive gold results from the Australian drilling. Very exciting times to be invested in this company.
