Shareholders again forced the board of Union Jack Oil (UJO) to withdraw a plan, that is to say to allow it to issue warrants, and now the company faces another problem. And now, following news today of a duster of a well in the USA, its shares are now 3.3p-3.5p but par value is 5p. And that means it simply cannot issue new shares since its funding only ever comes from deeply discounted placings and you cannot issue shares below par.

Helpful🤡. When are you going to be buying more RRR shares? According to you this housebuilding deal is worth Billions? Maybe a TR1 soon saying Stephen Lundy? Time to put your money where your cake hole is maybe? 😉

Andrew Bell as well. I would have thought he would be buying using his 66% discount, or whatever percentage it is, to purchase shares? Maybe he can't as it's a 'closed period'? How many factories was it? 144? 244? I thought the RNS said 3 although i can't be bothered to look? I'm sure fact checker NikeAir180 will put me right on the details, although if I remember correctly you both had a disagreement on the exact number?

Tom Winnifrith. It also seems odd that Tom, being 'a good friend' of Andrew Bell, hasn't mentioned the 4 billion 'housebuilding deal' and 'ready to produce mines deal' in his blog? He's also an investor who has been critical of his 'good friend' Andrew in the past and is deeply underwater financially. Very strange that he's not singing the praises of the merits of this unbelievable deal???
