0.02 trades incoming shortly with under 1m m/c. Unfortunately Sanderson is unable to be frugal and keep UKOG on life support like so many other AIM CEO's are able to do. If he had knuckled down and worked with the assets he had and not frittered away funds on Turkey and Hydrogen he could have kept this gig for a few more years. A terrible CEO who was given the job and was totally unsuitable for the position. Doesn't even feel the need to communicate with shareholders, tells you all you need to know really.

DRC gone dead (even Bell doesn't appear to understand where the process is), no wash plant (behind schedule and no contract), gold price down. Thankfully today rrr are saved as Recon Africa are drilling the Damara Fold Belt on June 24 (elephant oil 3 years and still not listed)

With 49 days? until the next mass dilution which will punish shareholders mistakes are unacceptable but unfortunately par for the course as far as Bell is concerned. Imo.

Yes helpful as I understand matters that it is how things are meant to be, the first consignment by air followed with the remainder by sea? When the company I work with ship equipment it is normally by sea due to cost. Anything by air and the tab is picked up by the customer as an extra. So (if?) this is a like for like read over of situations, maybe the partner has tried to charge rrr to air cargo the initial equipment delivery and Bell has had resign himself/rrr to receiving by sea due to cost? Just musing as to the delay? Just a handshake and no signed contract, what could possibly go wrong???

Wouldn't surprise me if Bell was telling fibs again and the plant is coming by sea.

Gold, meh, let's see what actually happens as Bell has a deserved reputation for achieving very little. Then you have the variability of the gold price and we all know what happened to the lithium price and all the bull5hite Bell managed to create surrounding that debacle.

So in 51 days (estimated) Bell does another dilutive placing and the share price drops again.

What will you do then?

On 14th January 2022 the Commercial Court of Lubumbashi issued an executory judgment ordering VUP SA, the Company's partner in the Joint Venture, to pay $2,000,000 as damages, with costs.

As I see it the only chance for RRR to end the next dilution (in + or minus 51 days?) is to get the DRC payment. Reading the RNS's and the time span since the judgement was handed down (28 months ago) plus listening to Bell on his latest stockbox interview not really understanding where the process was in real terms, (as we understand it was I think how he summed up where rrr was in the process?) chances are it's not coming to stop the next dilution and save investors from more pain.

I also notice Bell was too embarrassed? to even do an interview after the last dilution. Not that the stockbox interviewer asked any meaningful questions, a reach RNS version of an interview, limp and meaningless.

Maybe Bell and other directors should share the pain and take a salary cut???😉 Imo.

Robins. No investor is interested in purchasing here until Bell curbs his lust for discounted placings. This is down 66% in the last year alone because of this. 24 incidents of mass dilution since 2022. Tic, toc, 52 days until the next placing is my guess. Let's see if it happens and how far out this prediction is.

Did rrr say the first of the plant was arriving by plane? If that's the case has there been a holdup?

Morning helpful. You really should follow yr own advice, read and digest instead of getting the end of the stick covered in brown matter. A 'unicorn riding a unicycle' is a clue to my view on Bells opinion of shorters being responsible for the downward trend here. You really should do better.

Ask helpful Theeeeduke, I think he has been a regular in the placings. Either that or he is the world's no1 trader, making money against the trend of a 90+% loss since he has been pumping it.
