I have often pondered why, if the DRC court case is in rrr's favour, why Glencore or a subsidiary has not purchased shares secretly in the open market to buy out the company. Once the news broke into the general market the remaining shares would have to be purchased at a premium but that would be cost effective given the alternative. Is there a legal reason why this would not be possible? Thoughts?
