On the other hand one of his largest holdings and which he likes ramping RMR is also one of my largest holdings as well. Suppose you can't agree with everyone all of the time lol

Mmmm been watching for a while and wanted to see a bit of a recovery in SP before investing. Think it's reached the point to start building a reasonable holding. Wish me luck lol
