WW - a brokers note is due at the end of the month, this will be published shortly after the financials. Whilst the financials will be very positive the chairman’s statement will be very bullish as the company has evolved so much over the past 6 months. The brokers note will incorporate the new higher margin/bigger profit direction. I think the Zoos caught them off guard regarding demand - highlighted by last fund raise to build more really quickly, they are already leased out!. Shopping centers seems to now be another string to their bow, especially in Asia.

Draft - I think any sort of fund raising is a long way off, if at all required. This is not a wildcat drill, this is a major North Sea drill signed with Shell - Shell would not be putting up that amount of money on a whim. The fact that Shell are putting in 75% opens doors to other sorts of funding arrangements, rather than a typical aim placing.

Well what a day, when I saw the RNS this morning I thought WTF! and was expecting a very red day. However the buying kicked in once people started putting 2 + 2 together.

This company continues to amaze me. DC has set out to build a business on strong fundamentals, revenues and exposure to the worlds biggest markets. DC has delivered on every promise thus far, if anything DC has under promised and over delivered. If someone told you DC in the press today with Prince Albert at the Bird’s Nest in China ? - well you wouldn’t believe it but it’s true look at the pictures. This hasn’t even got started - US, new NEDS, merchandise, more tie-ups. An easy hold to DCs target price of £4

Nice end to the week with 22 late trade getting reported after hours. Tried a few times to get some stock but NT, obviously not a lot around.
