Hotel Chocolat takeover shows UK firms are 'sitting ducks' https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/markets/article-12756949/UK-companies-sitting-ducks-takeovers-global-giants-fund-manager-warns.html?ito=native_share_article-top
Its ok Ryan if you don't like the idea...
but to back up your claims using "what if" grow up.
I could argue back "what if" in a positive scenario.
Im sure a company of asos size opening up a few testing stores to see if they turn a profit
-----( a financial gain, especially the difference between the amount earned and the amount spent in buying, operating, or producing something. "record pre-tax profits")
would not quite break the bank,
unless of course there is a negative nelly like yourself running the show.
but then again you do have a point. A tin of paint is very expensive these days.
Glad the m/cap is not as small as your mind we'd all be broke.
Ryan not sure if your aware but there are units to rent, Dont have to go out and buy 500 buildings tomorrow start off 1 at a time see if they are profitable...
Can see the headlines now
TOPSHOP IS BACK
guess you just need a little imagination eh!
Asos should open a topshop retail store in every big uk town/city,
And accept free returns from asos,
which in turn gets people in to the stores along with with the already there footfall.
which in turn puts more money in asos back pocket
Not rocket science really is it
