PaulFG - brilliant post, I don't think the Lab has been built yet but there are certainly plans for it this year. They have the XRF Analyser and other specialist tooling which will help try and understand the results as best as possible

TS - I agree, 1 hole full of assays recieved 4 weeks ago, if bad, I'm pretty sure we'd have heard by now, campaign reset and moved onto hole 2.

The pace the company were moving, this is what excites me. We could well have completed or at least started holes 3&4 at Byron which would complete the (4 hole,700m) of drilling there before relocating

Just topped up ST on the anticipation of the red setter campaign. Can really see this taking off. Anything else which comes is a bonus. Antipa in Patterson. up 80% today on strong assays.

Would have expected to see the Campaign released and drawn out by now, Q1 is passed us, can't be long :)

I would never wish any investors to lose money but I’ve been making the most of these drops lately. 2p is a ridiculously cheap price, my only issue, orders with trading 212 aren’t executed straight away. Hoping this price holds and I’m happy to top up. Some very attractive grades and feel this is just the start :)

Exactly mate. I’m not guaranteeing they won’t be bad and if they are, as a company they’ll readjust and plow on forward

But my confidence hasn’t been thrown at all. He couldn’t have been happier informing us and deliberately continued and slightly turned the conversation into revealing their findings.

The only change, is my average is now below 2.6p :D

Funding wise how are Cobra set up moving forward ?

Sounds like a lot of ground work planned for 2021 which is very encouraging at such a low market cap. But will they need to raise any more funds ?

Where do Empire send their core off to? They always seem to get reasonable turnaround times which is good for us.

The additional programme started a couple of weeks back, won’t be long until they’re sending additional samples off.

Just some people have differing opinions to others, which is more than fine. It’s an open forum. I just like to remain positive as the company have given me 0 indication that they’re going in the wrong direction.

In that interview, he had 0 obligation to give the investors an insight into the XRF results. He was clearly itching to tell us their findings, to the point he mentions they almost released the XRF results but decided against to with caution.

Let’s for a second believe that the assays are
Negative and not what we want. What good would it be
1) informing the market they’ve arrived
&
2) delaying the results.

And in this particular interview, again, he had 0 obligation to inform us about receiving results. If they are negative, he would have just released them and not primed us. Maybe I’m giving CB and the company too much respect, I don’t know but the guy clearly knows what he’s doing. I don’t believe for a second that this “radio silence” is any kind of signal that the results are bad.

It’s kind of guess work but from the core photos released, the visible Gold is just after 100m

He has the grades, delaying bad grades IMO would be a mistake, I believe he’s been waiting on additional assays from other holes to collate a better understanding.

Historic drilling wasn’t done at depth at Byron and they managed a head grade of 15g/t. If you look at the assays hit at Black cat and blue moon, they’re within 200m of surface. Some within 50m.

The idea isn’t to look for one gigantic deposit (although this would be a welcome bonus). It’s to prove up numerous resources and pool them together to create an overall resource within Bailleston. Finding these grades at shallow depths makes it more economically viable for the company with a limited strip ratio. All this being said, if the mineralisation maintains open at depth, then JACKPOT. But then you really would need a JV in place or serious dillution and fundraising because it will cost a fortune to Mine Gold 500/600/700/800m below surface.

Hole 1 went to 300m below surface. If your not finding mineralisation there, IMO you’d be absolute bonkers to continue going further than 300m. Resources would be far better applied drilling 150m elsewhere for hole 2, hole 3 and so on.

The only reason (at this stage) to go beyond 300m and follow the mineralisation down like CB suggests, if your initial findings are positive. Hitting Gold within 150m is what CB will initially be targeting for an open pit operation

Just my opinion and I’m more the confident the RNS will have assays from hole 2/3/4 attached too.

Any further indication on grades? Apart from what was released in the RNS. All i can see is 31m@3g/t which is a really good return but nothing else?

Try and think long term, 31m@3g/t is a very goo return and i'd imagine this to bounce at some point soon with a £6million m/cap. Seems like a real bargain

I flittered with the price September I think it was. Dipped my toes in around 1.75p, up a little, back down to 1.8p. Then out of nowhere she rocketed. Victoria state borders opened up and MIdAS got deployed.

This share will catch a lot of investors out so be content with your holding. Just be prepared to be patient and ride it out.
