Well i am amazed ! Reading today's RNS, i thought this is a very good deal and yet the sp goes down .It would be very interesting to see whether the other big II's vote for the deal ,as Schroders has. Any comments are most welcome.

KIE is very undervalued, compared to CLLN and BBY it is in excellent financial health. One to have in any portfolio and like KLR gives a very good dividend and has bright capital appreciation prospects too.

Have any of you holders of DGB received a notice from your brokers re the change of name ? I did which i find very confusing as it would indicate that it is a done deal . The sp however has hardly moved ! Any opinion would be very much appreciated !!!!!!!!!!!

Very sadly, the end is near now ! What a shame as it looked so promising a couple of years ago when it floated . Well done Mr P. Walsh, involved in both AVN and RM2 and both about to go under.

I am still trying to focus on the facts here. The sellers/buyers volume recently is more than 3 to 1 with very heavy volume today so far. How do we know that Henderson is the seller ? i cant see any RNS recently stating they have decreased their position !

Seriously now, what is the point in you two exchanging insults via this forum, when we investors in DGB are facing massive losses. In theory we have 2 more days plus whats left of today to see the results.The very significant drop of the last few days can only mean that the market anticipates negative results .

Sadly investors could be looking at a total loss here. I am also very surprised at some of the choices Woodford has made regarding his AIM stock picks, RM2 being one of them.

Sadly ,all the broker forecasts from 2016 onwards have proved totally wrong. Personally i would not put a penny in this share.

What is not looking good. The sp is up by 25 30% in 3 months, the current sp at 21p or so is holding stable in what is a very nervous market, what else do we want ? Unlike what Gordon Gecko used to say, greed is not good !!!!!

This is really very worrying now ! New lows , no buying volume whatsoever, 20% down in the last month,Is there anything positive about DGB? I hate to think what is going to happen to the sp if the results which are due out in the 5 days are negative. I am afraid the respected member of this forum who has been utterly negative about DGB could be proved right !

Whats happened now then ? First thing this am it dips by 20 p and now its up by 37. No sense whatsoever !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Totally agree. The sp has lost 10% since they came up with what i thought were good results and i would not be surprised if the sp dips below 100. For me the main attraction is the yield!

This is very annoying ! Every day it keeps creeping down, still no news and no buyers volume whatsoever. I am not optimistic at all !

Totally agree. This is very undervalued,could be a quick 10-15% for traders looking for short term trading.

Not surprised really at all . Although KIE is the best managed infrastructure co in the UK ,the sector is very much out of favour .I would buy it for the dividend only, i would not expect much capital appreciation. Very good defensive share to have though. Accumulate for me for long term.

Why is the sp falling again on no news ? Are we not long overdue for a trading update or results? Very worrying really !!!

Not impressed at all. Still no new contracts announced and challenging conditions in the rail division which is supposed to be one on their strong areas. The sp will come down to the 80's very soon!!!
