Interesting RNS. It sounds very positive indeed. I am wondering which company this might be, are there any clues or ideas from anyone?

When will we find out more info on this deal? The SP is consolidating nicely, probably next leg up into the 0.50/0.60's soon. Maybe test it tomorrow?

I've had a read of the comments made tonight and each to their own thoughts and here is mine. It's difficult to predict share prices six months ahead but what we can safely say is if funding rns lands tomorrow or whenever and it is just 1% of pension funds EXCLUDING funding from the ME then a mcap of hundreds of millions is definitely doable.

Put it this, I'd be happy adding 10-15m to the mcap each month - that will give a nice steady rise and who knows where this can end up. For now I'm happy with 40m mcap by end of August/sept

What would that equate to SP wise? 10-12p?

Perhaps the pledged shares need to be paid because those shareholders know that something very big or positive may happen at ppp and they want to be shareholders for when it all takes place.

That isn't beyond the realms of possibilities here.

Or payment in tranches or have a lock in period where no shares can be given to them. That gives incentive for ppl to do well.

Can you confirm what is the % of dilution to shareholders? I'm happy for some dilution if it meant it was for operational purposes and then in turn drilling and pumping oil gas & lithium.

Why can't the major shareholders wait until we get our SP up and mcap up?

Perhaps come up with an agreement. If the share price hits *20p* hypothetically then that triggers their payment

I've been busy all day so not had much time to come on here but it's the same arguments again.

The things to remember are - nobody has been paid since their appointments (the current bod) so let's have a think 🤔 What's in it for them?

50% of profits from lithium within the JV's acreage.

Yeah this consolidated nicely today / this week. Tomorrow will be in the 5s for a small while whilst more get mopped up before going to 6's imho. Will probably test 7s if news could land on Monday. Fomo!

I was reading some information on Hama today and a lot of people expect this to be multiples of the current mcap especially with middle eastern investors and also the names we have on the books will have no end of investors putting their name to it.

Nick our CEO mentioned he has LOTS of funding options.

IMHO I also think we could get to 100m mcap (just for the starters ) in very short order. If pension funds come in then it will be hundreds of millions mcap.

Everyone seems to be talking about the same thing and going round in circles. It's time that we move on from Tom Evans.

We just need Robert & Stephen to get the AGM booked in (if not then the EGM will go ahead). This can't go on any longer, we need our money back (this should be given to us at the date of purchase amount out of fairness) or we just need to get re-trading again.

Why in the three years the suspensions occured did they get back within a few weeks and now then can't? It's a joke.

This should / will be multiples of the current mcap (it wouldn't surprise me if we are similar to a SWC type rise) depending on the funding of course But even still, Hama have 20 bitcoins already with the first purchase and there will be a lot more...plus gold that not many speak about. A good gold fins can have your market cap at multiples of what they are now. The middle east loves gold don't forget! So this will be right up their street, bitcoin and gold - it's a match made in heaven.
