@novice hunter what were the technical issues with LSE systems? RNS expected ? What are you thinking it will be?

It is a good sign in my book, I sit up and notice when it is the main FINANCIAL man buying! The financial main man knos what hes doing.

Sirius are not even a 1/4 of the company SolGold are. SolGold is the real deal. Sorry for Sirius shareholders but we are not in the same league.

750 million finance package backing, billions in copper & gold, own one of the most important mines in the world potential wise is bonkers plus 10 other plays. This is nuts. SolGold will be huge & if not they'll be bought out before then for a nice sum

Good morning everyone! If you missed this post from MikeTrix then please read below, I never did the figures but this is the kind of potential here and it's fantastic.

Just re-read the hannam and parners research note again.

Missed this the first time reading it quick but it appears that:

-Actual diluted NPV Target price is 88p for Solg, they only give 70% value from that due to risk factors making it the current 63p target. As this progresses the risk will decrease and nudge higher (it went from 60% to 70% after funding as an example).

-Basically they value Cascabel alone @ $3.2bn

-The acknowledge that the TAM deposit is not at PFS level... TAM is part of Cascabel region so I'm assuming the funding we just got will progress this to PFS level and beyond. That will add even more value.

- They attribute $150m to the rest of Solg (75m for Porvenier and 75m for the rest) - if this is even 1/4 the size of Cascabel that will add approx $800m of value to Solg so maybe another 20p (very rough figures)

So essentially, we are worth 88p share (excluding risk factor) + whatever the TAM PFS will add (guess at 10p) + Porvenir if we ever can get funds for further discovery. THIS IS ONLY 2 of the targets, there are 11 more PRIORITY targets.

Risk is high, but quite frankly the rewards and opportunity here is ridiculous.

I am researching different companies to invest in, that's a totally normal thing to do, i am not a trader! lol. I wish i was, id be minted.

Bozi definitely not a short term trader masquerading. Upper teens, your kidding, why would i sell out and miss out on 3 / 4 x times that. Maybe more. You guys have got me all wrong, i am just extremely positive about being a shareholder and thats it really.

Nah im not a trader (sometimes i wish i was), I am a serial Solgold investor (3 times in 10ish years or so). I take your point onboard, im not looking for a quick get out, no way thats not my game, I do care about the shar eprice being fairly valued though because that is where it needs to belong, the mms do play unfair games but they cant keep it down for much longer.

I am willing to hold all the way to production (if we get there) but the share price needs to be at fair value thats all. If i want to cash some in to take the kids away then i can do for example but will be holding all mine until the bitter end

BSR i understand what you mean but not everyone is flush for cash, he might be married, with kids, sole income and big expensive lifestyle, not everyone can invest or have saved $100k just like that.

Let me tell you, i am not byron bay gold, i am a completely different person, i am a private investor and i can see the potential with the company, some people cant see it and thats where i come along. I am not afraid to back the company, scott has done a bloody marvelous job securing a 750$million!!! Investment has he not !?

Is a director / insider buying solgold stock a negative thing??? Of course not! its positive!

FN / Osisko investing in us has it not brought fantastic opportunity here? Look at the bloody sp! it is way way way undervalued, the mm's have enjoyed playing it this week but they can only do that for so long before they have to let it go to the FAIR VALUE of the stock. I keep getting some come back on here and i am positive, it makes you think whats the point in these BB's if you cant even post info and positive stuff about your company. Also if you look i am balanced i never say WE WILL BE TOOK OVER OR WE WILL GET £1 PER SHARE, i am realistic and to me 20p-30p is a realistic fair valuation of the company given right now given its recent news and new market cap, its never been in recent years as good as now to invest.

Im sorry if i ruffle some feathers but im here to fly the solgold flag, i am a proud owner of these shares, they may be somewhat life changing for me (maybe) and everyone deserves that in life, the opportunity of a lifetime comes around once, twice maybe three times.

I may be well out here but i think right now we should be re rated to 20-30p ish, then if we have a bid/takeovers news then god knows maybe 50p? & If we take this to production then who knows £2-£4 per share...?

Lets not forget!!!! We have shed loads of gold and YET ABSOUTELY SHED LOADS OF COPPER THAT PEOPLE ARENT REALLY DISCUSSING. Gina Rinehart, BHP, Newcrest, Jianxi, Barrick - they will all be doing the sums right now and making calls, if scott likes what they say then he will invite a bid, all in my opinion.

I wont tell people to invest but my advice is, at these prices you would be mad not to, given the potential here.

I disagree with you buysellerepeat. At the end of the day it's showing confidence and he either knows something we don't!! Or he is setting himself up for the break out rise that will happen soon! Because we are so undervalued right now it's unreal.

SP should be and could be be around 20-30p by September in my opinion. Remember the re rate has started already. Watch this space. I could be wrong but I can see looking at the charts a breakout is due ! Soon! Again imo.

If insiders are buying shares in their own companies, they might know something that normal investors do not. The insider might buy because they see great potential, the possibility for merger or acquisition in the future, or simply because they think their stock is undervalued.

Like I've said they've been keeping this down too long already but the breakout is about to happen (the real re -rate!!!)

Good to see a director buying shares always a great sign.

The breakout is imo about to happen. It's fully deserved and they must just let this go!you can tell my charts and to me it's quite obvious that a bull rise is going to happen.

Maybe tomorrow, if not they'll squeeze it a day or two then let it go.

You need to be brave and hold the more you hold the higher it will or should go over the course of a few weeks and if you get bid or takeover interest on top then it just accelerate it to oblivion !
