I'm happy to come back in two weeks time. I don't like wasting time on here but I have to battle anyone that tries to de stabilise the board with deramping or abusive messages.

I will not bow down to Gregorio, Tuan, Bobrad, TVHold or anyone. Everyone is entitled to an opinion which I get but down right libelous deramping from some needs to be fought.

TVHold I'm not sure anyone has proof that Lenigas or Tom stole any money. Be careful when saying things like that on a public forum.

200m shares is still a small number of shares. Big rises can still come from that sort of shares count.

You are not factoring in the 2 x 6 p raises, 1 x 9p raise and 12p raise and the CLN at 4p. They will have some money to go forward and dilution may not need to be over the top as your suggesting.

Don't forget a raise isn't a bad thing if it's for a project that can get us to 30-60m mcap or more. The share price with 200m shares would still be very decent.

Most of what's happened after suspension has been nothing but boardroom spats and none of this crap with in the public domain then. Absolutely awful. Worst mistake of my life. Now we have to hope that we don't get diluted to buggery and fingers crossed they understand that too and can make this work and get ppp back thriving again.

One has to ask themselves there must be something worth fighting for here. I just want the next two weeks to go so we can get the accounts out and hopefully see their plan / prospectus with assets etc and get back trading again with hopefully excellent news.

Massive dilution isn't necessary though ASI in my opinion.

RMD are like Global Vision and almost like JV. No way with the shareholders such as Lunn be wanting massive dilution. They will be best to do raise as and when we do projects. It wouldn't be needed all at once.

I just wish I never noticed PPP. Worst mistake I ever made (through no fault of my own) as I was going by RNS's and research.

Let's hope for less than that. I keep saying it, staggering out dilution would be better for everyone. It can be done if they are clever about it!

What I meant was I don't think anything is wrong with the accounts (as in dodgy), I just think mavriky has included more stuff within the estate and now they need to update the accounts and figures.

I'm not obsessed with Texas. I just think there's more to Texas than people think there is. I guess we will find out one day.

I'm happy to wait another one or two weeks but I'm honestly expecting some mixture of assets within our new ppp estate. Ukraine, Canada, Poland, USA assets

I'm certainly not blinded by the Tom factor. I know there's more to Texas and A few people know.

Anyway I think this delay is nothing to do with the accounts really, i believe it's something to with some financial asset within Texas or asset they are including within the accounts. Also more funding could be on its way so that may be why mavriky went to Texas to sure things up or double check the numbers that tom put out etc.

Global vision wouldn't have signed a HOT agreement if there was no oil or gas in place. IMO.

Regardless, new ppp is nearly here I hope. Let's hope they don't dilute existing shareholders too much (or at all) and we can all prosper from here.

I'm reach the end of my tether though and want accounts and the interims in the next two weeks.

The grand chief wants to buy all the shares (if that's true then our free float will be ran out) hence a big boost in share price providing the RTO news and the new assets they bring on are good. Who knows, the RTO with RMD may have some inclusion of Texas assets too and maybe involvement of global vision.

I think there's something found within Texas that needs adding to the accounts and finalising.

The problem is here is people (me included) are sceptical with who these new guys are etc. now I read the rns and it is not ideal but if they are saying a week to two weeks more then what can we do. I think they must be waiting for material news, something to balance the accounts and funding from rmd so I think Texas has brought up new material IMHO

I can't sit here and say I'm happy with this because I'm not. I'm very disappointed and annoyed but we need to try and find inner strength and patience with all these delays and maybe just maybe good news will be released from Texas with accounts and interims.

Evening all

Had a read of the RNS, so many one liners such as this isn't coming back ffs. It is coming back. If the rns is the truth then they need a week or two to tie up loose ends and provide a better accounts and I think funding will be a delay too hence I guess they want a couple more weeks.

Bare in mind I'm very sceptical, I am happy to give them a week or two and get this right perhaps even with rhe interim too and come back thriving rather as an injured dog!

Anyway

GL all its not the end of the world as some posters are boasting.

It purely could be tying last minute bits up before releasing the news.

Perhaps it's Texas deal and how that presents itself.
