I used to read this board everyday from 2020 until around this time last year. I rarely bother anymore because for the last 12 months Sickthtech or whatever it calls itself on ADVFN had completely destroyed its integrity and worth.

There used to be a contingent of extremely knowledgeable posters who took the time to share information, but more importantly, their views on Hvivo, which I happily enjoyed taking for granted.

Stt1, for the life of me, I just can’t get my head round your motivations. It’s just baffling. Not only do you spend your life belittling a company who’s share price has almost tripled in the time you have been spouting your drivel, you’ve coupled it with the ramping of TLY which has done the exact opposite in terms of SP performance.

The last post on this forum was the 16th. That’s 11 days. If your motivation has been to decimate the inclination of genuine people to discuss this company in an adult manner, then you should be really proud of yourself. You have most certainly succeeded. For the people that physically made you as a human, I hope that is indeed the case, as that act they shared has at least brought a semblance of something credible.

Sadly, for them, I don’t even think you meant to do what you’ve done. I worry what you now do instead. I don’t imagine it’s in anyway positive for anyone.

My guess going forward is that these criminals believe they have all their corners covered and have invested in a legal strategy that they believe will allow them to follow through on their disgusting target of robbery and greed. That’s said, I don’t believe they can do this without allowing individuals into this inner circle of shame that are as bastardly as they are. I don't agree with your view, If this can be stopped now and a legitimate SISP is put in place (and not by KSV) surely that is better than doing nothing and proceeding with a class action that could take years. BP have stated that the solicitation process was flawed, KSV didn't contact enquiries, they didn't give enough time for the process, the actual documentation they sent out was laughable, no mention of how much oil we have or its worth, its as if all the oil has disappeared. What's in the DATA room, have COPL been selective as too what's in there, who knows. All I know is this process needs to be stopped beforehand rather than letting it go through and then spending years trying to recover our money that may or may not be successful.
