I don't think he is a chancer, and conman is a bit strong. I do think not all the issues are down to him, but he is ultimately responsible. Imo he is doing the company no favours with the attitude taken with regard to news flow and even information being openly debated on chat boards. I do think he could well be at the end of the line, and is likely to be pushed unless there is something that we are not yet aware of that comes to light that they have been keeping secret. SirG Yes agreed. Even prior to the legislation edl had to build a road, and (as I recall) a school room and some other community stuff to finally secure their ml. I think it was pretty much a given at that point, but all part of the process squeezing the last ounce out of the company, and understandably so.

I've just been reading back through recent news/rns's and am bemused by the fact that we are apparently so far advanced with EPC partner Sepco iii signed and moving towards PPA at pace, YET there is no sign of a License from the Tgov? Are the MEM just dragging their feet, or could the missing pieces be aligned to arrive together? As I said it's a genuine question.
