I don't think we should attempt to compare the two, as my comments were about the similarity in the procedures. As we know not everything is equal.

Kibo's application is for a different licence, but in answer to your question re Edenville, from memory after the final requests were completed it was more weeks than months.

RCPP it must be written in to the MEM procedure as prerequisite to proceed imo

The count must be wrong. At 08:01 there three trades with only one showing.
At 09:27 another trade went through making it four, but apparently not as it's
still four on the trade count ha

This is exactly the same as happened to Edenville just before they got their licence. Tz squeeeeeeezing every last bit out of the prosess. Reminds me of the old African films "Bring me gifts"

While they hold right on the notifiable amount every rise or decline has to be notified.
