Everyone has a view, sadly one of the posters has been shown to be a serial fantasist. Now you as someone that acknowledged him will at some stage get complimented and then the 'Woe is me' and 'Everyone hates me ploy..
Many of the long term holders have been here for in excess of eight or nine years. That doesn't necessarily make them right, but what they have is a much Great understanding of every single step of the entire process over all those years as it actually happened. Not opinions (about the process) in most cases, not fantasies just honest facts.
Mark Prior was a geologist not an engineer, hence the reason for his replacement. Clearly for whatever reason the bod decided that Rufus Short was more qualified/better suited for the job. The reason for that decision is not something that we are privy to.
Once the company had proven coal their aim was the RCPP (coal to power) and 'in addition' fortunately (some might argue) Rufus and the bod had the foresight to develop a coal mining operation, which is the only one of its kind in Tanzania to the best of the company's understanding. We assume it wasn't originally anyones intention to develop a coal mine, but if it wasn't for the bods foresight (as no one knew the TGov would pull the plug on the CPP) its very likely there would be no Edenville Energy today.
If Edenville reach their current profitability target I think it's fair to say they will be unique in East Africa.
All imo pdyor
