I agree, so my question is why would the company say: "We are confident of reaching those value-enhancing milestones for shareholders in the timeframes previously outlined" in an official RNS 'UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES' if they were not pretty confident of achieving them?..

I personally have read, and am listening to what was said in the last RNS.
The truth is (as always is) no one has a clue, so why not wait and see..

Perhaps they gave themselves 10 month because that's how long they believe it will take.

He covered Tanazania and mentioned the Stiegler's Gorge, and the fact that the Tanzanian population is apparently set to double by 2040 to 100 million. Even currently less than 50% have access to electricity, and for many others the supply is unreliable, as is much the same for the majority of Sub-Saharan Africa.

The World Bank PDF is interesting if that's your thing.

Begs the question that if he knew of an impending 10 year decline, why did he buy in after circa 7 years of that said decline only to sell out at a physical loss at the beginning of April this year?..

Begs the other question of why do people that lose money on shares hang around warning others of an apparent impending doom, when they failed to heed the signs themselves??..
