If you believe what was said, there will be/is no need to raise funds until mid 2020. If they have done the maths surely that will still be the case, AND with the multiple new customers/contracts they might well be brake-even/be in profit before then (which they couldn't predict at the time of the possible need for funds statement). My personal feeling is that there will be no placing prior to previously stated, BUT this is AIM !!

Every researched investor knows that all mining licences in Tanzania are renewable, but good to reassure anyone that is newly invested, or that is as yet unaware of the Tanzanian Mining Legislation.

I wonder if norrab has any other question that he would like answering?...

The Tanzanian Mining Law Review October 2019:

A mining licence is granted for a maximum initial period of 10 years and may be renewed once for a period not exceeding 10 years. An application for renewal should be made not later than six months prior to expiry..

Pretty safe imo until February 2036
