The £39k/300,000 shares @ 13p was in reference to Oxford Biomedica (OXB) as in my 15:40 post earlier today NOT Kibo.

I get your point, but the mistake was all mine!! When I invested £39k for 300,000 shares @ 13p I didn't think that with a stable SP and a couple of years in, that (totally out of character) in the blink of an eye that an absolutely pointless 2.10p Stop would be hit and that the SP would rebound.

Because my original investment in 2010/11 was relatively small I continued to build at every level to-date (sound familiar?). As/when the SP fell I chased my average hard down to 2p. I don't hold 5m or 6m shares, so lowering my average has been a bit easier than for some.

In answer to your question, if it hit 2p Monday my initial feeling would be to jump, but in reality if it did hit 2p I would be more inclined to set a 'high close to the SP Stop' because if it hit 2p it might well hit 3p or 4p etc etc

Every word of that story is absolutely true, and consequently I learned many things from that single experience, hence my 'never say never' view.

It is, but sadly AIM being the cesspit that it is most won't become millionaires, as imho it takes a very Great deal of time AND a Great deal of luck to be successful here. If only we had the ability to research the future! ;)

Sometimes it's not all about the journey or what happened en route, but arriving at the destination. It's difficult to know just yet if LC is really the bad guy he's currently being portrayed to be, but if he pulls anything of significance off, I for one will be singing his praises !!

I agree 1 or 2p should be relatively easy with the right news, and depending how good that news with regards to the longer term prospects like the MCPP or other project leaping forward, 3p, 4p and even 5p should be achievable in time.

I've told this story before, but it's still relevant:
I invested £39k in OXB circa 2008 when the company was struggling badly. Sadly I got stopped out on a shake and big bounce and lost £29/£30k (last stop I ever set). Back then on the brink of collapse they had a MCap of £8m and were looking to raise £10m to build a manufacturing facility (with no product). No one believed that that in any circumstance was even remotely possible.....

Today their MCap is £515m and my 300,000 shares would be worth something like £2,020,500

That's why I personally never say never imho !!

Does anyone really think that the Location of the Edenville Coal Mine that sits at the end point of the 'Tanzania-Zambia Transmission Interconnector Project' ( TAZA ) which runs for Iringa to Sumbawanga is actually a coincidence?...

Never forgetting that the only reason that there is any possibility of a revenue stream is irrefutably because of the bods foresight. Edenville decided to utilise their assets long before the Tanzanian Government nullified the Tenders. If it's wasn't for that foresight we would have absolutely nothing, and we would currently be calling ourselves 'A Strategically Placed African Focused Energy Company'

I agree, the sooner we have revenue the better! but I also think there is still the very much bigger picture as if the African Union genuinely intends to be in a position for Companies to add Power to the EAPP and now in addition to the E&SAPG's in three years something needs to start happening pretty soon, and they will seriously need to utilise the resources of companies like Kibo and Edenville that already have proven amounts of coal. We know these two companies are unique and well placed in the Mbeya region, and from the research that is currently available they should be 2 or 3 years in advance of anyone Licenced and with Proven (substantial) amounts of coal.

Also the African Union Masterplan should it proceed will encompass every Kibo project in Africa, and imho shouldn't be poopooed !!
