As covered, the Edenville bod are also of the view of becoming part of the supply to the EAPP and E&SAPG's by virtue of their location (and possibly stuff that we are not aware of) is highly possible.

My personal feeling given everything as I understand it, is that it is not feasible that we could be excluded, as that's what it would be exclusion. We are there with a mining operation and 173mt of known coal. There are clearly many that also believe that to be the case as if you remember one of the most positive responses to an RNS in recent years was the one about the Interconnector.

I should have mentioned in my last post the we still have a CPP 'in essence'

What it means is there is still a RCPP as there was before the Tender process. Fortunately Edenville had a plan B, but that does not mean they have given up on their RCPP, and I think was mentioned somewhere, or something that was spoken about at one of the AGM's.

I don't have that RNS, seems when LSE fail to deliver RNS's' to everybody account they stay undelivered..

I personally think it's all about funding. If we ever get the green light from the Tanzanian Government funding will follow. With that guarantee the Chinese and others will be falling over themselves to get a piece of the action. Also I don't know, but assume that mining coal for a coal-mouth-power-station is a different operation to the current supply of washed Coal for the manufacture of Steel and Cement. Also and I think this is a very important point!, Kibo have nothing in the way of Plant or a Mining Operation so consequently imo they are a long way behind Edenville with regard to this particular project. Perhaps,hopefully at this MCap someone will just buy Edenville lock stock and barrel !?....

Not only because of the Location of the Edenville Coal Mine and the amount of known Coal and Plant etc, but because of everything else involved like the other countries the African Union, the need for donors for the EAPP and the E&SAPG's etc etc, so I would be genuinely surprised if we didn't get an invite to partake. Edenville are better placed than Kibo in every aspect that I am aware of, that is, that we are privy to.

Kibo Energy received formal notice from the Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited ('TANESCO') inviting it to develop the Mbeya Coal to Power Project (the 'MCPP' or the 'Project') for the export market and thereby enabling the Company to engage with the African Power Pools regarding off-take agreement.

Kibo have Mining Rights NOT a Full Mining License per se, as I understand it, and (from memory) 120mt of coal, BUT most importantly they have 'the TANESCO invite'..? South African CEO maybe??

Edenville have a working producing coal mine situated at termination point of the $455m Tanzanian Interconnector. Is it not feasible that they will also be invited by TANESCO to partake like Kibo. I know that the Edenville bod are hopefully that this will happen, and given then facts I have to agree.

Kibo Energy PLC, the multi-asset, Africa focused, energy company, is pleased to announce a status update on the seven Mining Rights for its Mbeya Coal to Power Project ('MCPP') which were approved and granted as announced in the RNS of 15 August 2019
 
Louis Coetzee, CEO of Kibo, commented, "Today's announcement provides further confirmation that the MCPP is rapidly gaining momentum and we are looking forward to providing further updates in due course."

First 4/19 TANESCO gave formal notice for Kibo to continue the MCPP for the export market. Then (after the TANESCO invite) 9/19 the Tanzanian Government granted seven Mining Rights (specifically) for revival of the MCPP after the nullification of all the mining tenders across Tanzania.

That was five months ago!,.....am I missing something (kept it clean) Surely this should almost in the bag! Why is no one taking about it??..
