I really don't think too many corporates will take a company with a £6m MCap very seriously, well not as seriously as if they had a £50m or £60m MCap. I'd guess that a low SP/Mcap must reduce bargaining power somewhat. I still don't understand the company's reluctance to instantly update the market with all positive or potentially share changing news?? ...
